PROVENANCE
The Byron Aceman Collection, Vancouver

Composition with Projection XII is typical of Alexine McLeod’s recent installation works consisting of an LCD projector shooting a still image of a coloured gradient at an arrangement of found objects. Each unique installation of the work will create a new interplay of light, shadow, and refraction as the projected image and the surrounding light passes through the suspended plastic magnifying sheet. The projector is mounted on the floor on a small tripod and is pre-set to display the image when it is turned on. The installation of the string, plastic magnifying sheet, brass tack and tape may vary slightly from the artists original arrangement pictured.

Please note the dimensions of this Lot are variable.
