1996 Elected to the Royal Academy of Art
Born 1957 in Prague, Czechoslovakia. Came to Canada in 1968. Diploma in Graphic Design and Applied Arts from Red River Community College 1977, Winnipeg, Manitoba. 1983 &1985 studied printmaking with Toshi Yoshida at Yoshida Hanga Academy, Tokyo, Japan.
